What is Exabloom?

Exabloom is an AI-assisted platform for the conversations that win you customers. Messages land in one shared Inbox, an AI agent and your workflows reply and route them, every opportunity becomes a tracked lead, and analytics show you what’s working — so no enquiry goes cold.

The big idea

Most leads are lost in the gap between “a customer messages” and “someone replies.” Exabloom closes that gap. The moment a lead messages one of your channels, an AI agent picks it up, answers their questions, and quietly fills in a lead profile from the conversation. Your team wakes up to qualified, organised leads instead of a pile of unread chats.

WhatsApp is where most of that happens — but Exabloom isn’t a WhatsApp-only tool. You can connect several channels and work them all from the same place:
